Rhinoplasty Gallery Patient 63

This is a beautiful young woman who felt like her nose was overall a bit large for the remainder of her face. She had a bit of an overprojected nasal tip with a small nasal hump, as well as some bulbosity of the tip. Typically, we like the tip to be about half the width of the nasal base. We managed to reduce her nasal hump, narrow her bony bridge and narrow, elevate and shorten her nasal tip.
