This is a beautiful young woman who felt like her nasal tip was a bit prominent in that between the nostrils she had a hanging and broad columella, as well as a somewhat overprojected tip, shortened upper lip and a bit of a dorsal hump. We managed to give her a pleasing nasal profile and a more aesthetic and natural-appearing tip.
