This was an extremely difficult revisional case. The patient was left with a bulky and distorted nasal tip, multiple bony irregularities causing blanching of the skin, an overly-narrowed middle third and a broad hanging columella. We managed to give her a more uniform dorsum and a more symmetrical and natural-appearing nasal tip.
