Rhinoplasty Gallery Patient 55

This was a challenging revision case. The patient was left with dorsal irregularities, a small inverted V-type deformity, an overprojected and dependent, twisted tip with excessive columellar show in the lateral view. We managed to make this tip more uniform and elevate the tip while improving the patient's nasal profile. The intraoperative photographs show how utterly distorted his tip cartilages were at the time of revision.
