This is a beautiful young woman who felt like her nose was just a bit overall too large and was concerned about a slight dorsal hump and a slight overprojection of the tip. We managed to remove her hump and give her an aesthetically pleasing profile, as well as shorten, elevate and slightly narrow the tip.
