This was another extremely challenging revision case. We had a beautiful young woman who was left with an extremely malformed, surgical-appearing nasal tip, as well as an inverted V deformity over the nasal dorsum. The remaining tip was overprojected. We managed to rectify her bony irregularities, reposition the tip and create a more narrow and much more uniform-appearing nasal tip.
